Group TrAINING

At our camp we offer some of the most challenging and rewarding training experiences in Thailand.

We cater to both seasoned fighters and those just starting their Muay Thai journey. Our training philosophy centers on pushing one another to new limits, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie.

Group Class schedule is as follows:

MORNING 8-10 AM

AFTERNOON 4-6 PM

*Professional fighters begin at 7 am to run 10-13 km before training.

5-10 min shadow boxing to build up muscle memory while focusing on form technique and movement

20 min 3-4 rounds of pads to develop accuracy, speed, distance management and increase power

Private Training

Take your training to the next level with one on one private training from one of our experienced trainers.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced fighter, our trainers will work with you to take you to the next level.

During the session you will work on your conditioning, technique , sparring and padwork, all tailored around your sill level.

Private training available Mon-Sat 

10am - 3pm, please book classes in advance.
